Shipping & Handling
Here at Avie & Coco, we charge a non-refundable flat rate of NZD $10 for shipping and handling (S&H) for first item shipped within New Zealand and Australia. Combine S&H for second and more items have a flat rate of NZD $5 per item. All orders are processed when credit card authorisation and/or bank deposit has cleared.
Orders processed will be shipped within 2 business and usually arrive to you in 5-7 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping details.

Returns
Avie & Coco proudly stand by the products we carry, therefore each of your purchase item(s) are carefully checked and packaged before shipping. In the odd cases where your purchase is received damaged or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number within 14 days of post-marked date for a refund, less S&H. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you by email with shipping details. Please attach your RMA number with the return shipment.
Items returned without RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Full refund less S&H is only available to item(s) returned in new condition, unworn AND unwashed. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the condition of the returned item.
Refund are issued in the original form of payment. Avie & Coco will be in contact if original payment for of payment is unavailable.
Due to personal hygiene reasons, Avie & Coco is unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings.
Exchanges
Exchange inquiries must be made by contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days of original post-marked date. Avie & Coco will confirm and accept your return request upon stock availability and arrange the return of the item(s) in your possession.
Exchanged item(s) will be shipped out when the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
Colours
Avie & Coco make every effort to display and/or describe as accurately as possible the colours of our product. However, due to monitor differences, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
